In 2018, Kastor & Pollux worked on an experiential marketing strategy for Oxford Properties Group latest endeavour: Union Park - one of the largest redevelopment projects in North America and the largest ever in Toronto.
This is a concept for a community open house project, using design and as a way to increase millennial engagement. Through these seed packages, we invited the community to "Plant" their ideas [for the community] in Union Park.
